How has Artistic Concrete, Inc.'s business grown?
Artistic Concrete's growth and success can be linked to our commitment to customer focus and customer satisfaction. We initially started with decorative overlays and epoxies, becoming well known in the residential market for our quality service and workmanship. We continued our growth by expanding into commercial and industrial concrete polishing in 2003.
What are three projects Artistic Concrete, Inc has done that the company is most proud of?
The Michael J. Manatt Community Center in Brooklyn, Iowa is a project we were thrilled to be part of. A decorative river rock was imported and exposed for a very unique look. Artistic Concrete, Inc recieved the Excellance in Concrete Award for the floor polishing. Wellman's Pub on Mills Civic in West Des Moines is a polished floor that blends into it's environment and at first glance goes unnoticed. It's a custom dyed floor with a combination of five earth tone colors, complementing the rich, dark hardwoods of the bar, booths, and trim. Central Campus (Tech High) on Grand in Des Moines was a renovation project that many had believed was a lost cause. After being told "it can't be done" by less experienced contractors, Artistic Concrete, Inc was called. We now receive calls on a regular basis complimenting these floors, many being architects with similar projects and issues. The rough condition of the floor presented a challenge, but is now viewed as a floor with plenty of character and beauty.
