| Resinous flooring - a clean, durable and attractive
industrial epoxy coating for business and
industrial uses. Applied right over existing concrete, epoxy coatings
not only make the surface stronger than plain concrete, but
also its patented formula stands up to heavy use and harsh chemicals,
making it ideal for car showrooms, warehouse floors, factories, reception
areas, grocery stores, shop floors and similar applications. It adds to
the concretes overall levels of tensile, flexural and compressive strength. |

How is it applied? |
| The coatings can be applied over most porous materials such as concrete,
DuraRock, etc. We focus on preparation of the substrate because we feel this is a very important step.
Once the coating is applied to the surface (on average it takes 1 to 3 days) the flooring can be put into use.
Some can begin after 12 hours with some types of sealers. |

How long does it last? |
| The surface should not show wear providing that the sealer is replaced as
wear occurs. We estimate this should not occur any sooner than 3 to 7 years under normal conditions.
As long as the sealer is in good condition and undamaged any wear will be absorbed by this protective
coating. We offer a wide range of sealers to protect your surface depending on what the coating will
be exposed to such as bleach, muriatic acid, chlorine, grease, oil, UV fading etc. |

Does it take special cleaners? |
| No. Usually normal washing with a hose is all that is needed.
